Magnolia Melodies Music Therapy, LLC is a private practice based out of Greensboro, North Carolina. Our mission is to improve quality of life by focusing on strengths and fulfilling every wellness domain — through the use of music and musical interventions to meet non-musical goals.

Randi Lee LeMere

Randi Lee LeMere

Randi Lee LeMere is a Board-Certified Music Therapist and licensed Drums Alive instructor. She has been practicing Music Therapy for 10 years and established her Private Practice in 2018, Magnolia Melodies Music Therapy, LLC. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2015, with a degree in Music Therapy, concentration in Vocal Performance. In 2019 she received her license in Drums Alive, a nationally recognized exercise program. Randi works with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Adults with ID/DD, children with a wide variety of intellectual and physical disabilities, children and teens in crisis situations and individuals going through Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation. Randi and her team of 3 other Music Therapists visit over 80 communities, stretching from the Raleigh/Durham area to Charlotte, providing music therapy, drums alive, sing a longs, presentations and in-services.

Mary Schneider

Mary Schneider

Mary Schneider, MT-BC, has been a valued member of the Magnolia Melodies Music Therapy team since June 2022. She earned her degree in Music Therapy from East Carolina University, and has been board certified for four years. Mary primarily facilitates mental and behavioral health groups, while also serving older adults and individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and Charlotte areas. In addition to her clinical work, she collaborates with Randi in supervising Magnolia Melodies interns across a variety of settings. Mary also manages the practice’s social media presence, where she especially enjoys creating the popular #FridayFunnys posts. Outside of work, she loves running, reading, cooking and spending time with her three cats. She is excited to continue her work with Magnolia Melodies Music Therapy.

Savannah Barclay

MT-BC · Certified Drums Alive® Instructor

Savannah Barclay

Savannah Barclay, MT-BC graduated from East Carolina University with Bachelor’s degrees in Music Therapy and Hispanic Studies. Her primary instrument is classical guitar, and she is fluent in Spanish. She is a board-certified music therapist at Magnolia Melodies, where she primarily works with older adults and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition, she is a Certified Drums Alive instructor.

Cassie Harglerode

Cassie Harglerode

Cassie Harglerode, MT-BC, is a Board-Certified Music Therapist who graduated from East Carolina University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy. Following graduation, Cassie spent three years working in hospice care, where she supported patients and families through end-of-life transitions and facilitated meaningful legacy songwriting experiences. Cassie’s primary instrument is the flute, which she enjoys incorporating into sessions alongside guitar, percussion, and of course her beautiful voice. Since joining Magnolia Melodies Music Therapy in May 2025, Cassie has brought warmth, compassion, and creativity to the team, helping clients feel supported, engaged, and empowered through music.
